After 9 concussions, the last being in 2014, Lauren Ziaks chose to create a free educational website and return to play called Phenix Concussion. Lauren works to educate folks on concussion and recovery from brain trauma and injury. She also sheds light on Dysautonomia and the impacts it has on the body.
