From the years of COVID stress, which is on top of all the other stresses of living in our fast-paced society, isn’t it time you stepped (or skied and yoga’ed) into a new mindset that supports your own power of resilience?
We – the amazing MoCrazy Ladies – are offering a weekend just for that. Of course, with the fun and knowledge, experience and expertise, process-oriented passion wrapped up in these three women, you’ll be able to shed and disburse your inner stresses, have activities that stretch your positive mindset, release the stress that has been building up, learn how to create synaptic connections that put you in the power of your thoughts and actions.
Not only will all this be part of the weekend, but you’ll also be supporting the mission of MoCrazy Strong to educate and create programs for traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivors and their caregivers.
This special includes skiing with the MoCrazy Ladies, Mindset, and Yoga- And supporting the mission of TBI education and support programs. We know most of you don’t need accommodations, transportation, equipment, or meals. We would absolutely love you to join us for the weekend.
